Hey kids, it’s time for another “For What They Did” revenge comic! Huzzah!
In this episode, Damon and Carlton get a taste of their own medicine, crazy beardy Michael style. I remember not loving Ana Lucia the first time around, but after the 8th or 9th re-watch she really starts to grow on you. And I don’t know anyone who wanted Libby to die. Michael’s expression when he shoots her is kinda hilarious now. Sad then. Funny now.
Ultimately, Michael pulled the trigger, but we all know it was Damon and Carlton behind the curtain. Take it away, Michael!
Boone kinda always played Boo-Boo to Locke’s Yogi. Poor Boone. With his awful hair and crazy eyes. It was rad to see him pop up in the finale.
And Dharma must have been doing some wicked mad science on Hydra Island to make bears talk!
I love Ethan Rom. He seems like the kinda dude who would be awesome at parties. I was a little bummed to see him go so early on, but it made it all the more rad whenever he would pop back up again. I’m wicked psyched to put him in more adventures.
Oh and this is officially my little boy’s favorite LOST comic ever.
Some people have galaxies far far away. Others have middle earth. And some of us have an island.
Coming to grips with the end of LOST is difficult to say the least. I recently had the opportunity to fly to Los Angeles and experience a live musical presentation by Michael Giacchino followed by a screening of “What They Died For” with most of the cast and crew, a bunch of other Losties, and one of my best friends. It was a time I’ll never forget. And in a way, getting on the plane at LAX to return home felt like a goodbye.
This collection of comics is my love letter to LOST. Do not fret. Although the show is ending, LOST in Comics will return to its regular schedule next week. In the meantime, if you’ve got a desktop that needs decorating, please enjoy this wallpaper.
It was pretty clear early on that LOST is mainly Jack’s story. Then it got kinda muddy there and he lost his way. It’s nice to see his character evolving again as we get closer to the end. He’s finally becoming the hero we always wanted. Like a Jack Potter or Jack Skywalker! hehehe
Hello. My name is Jaded Lostie. You killed Sun and Jin. Prepare to die.
The LOST writers, led by Damon and Carlton, have consistently proven themselves to be murderers of love. What they did to Sun and Jin in “The Candidate” was the last straw. It still hurts. Enjoy!
I really like Dr. Leslie Arzt. I do. But the guy has some weird stuff going on. He’s had 3 failed marriages. He flies to Sydney to meet his internet girlfriend for the first time. A 14+ hour flight! Only she is repulsed by him because he sent her photos of another guy and said it was him. So she runs away and he catches a ride home on Oceanic 815. Now he’s stranded on a tropical island and surrounded by all these super pretty ladies. What else is a brilliant but lonely scientist to do? Wipe out the competition, that’s what!
In honor of FCBD this is a special Hulk-sized edition of LOST in Comics!
This one is dedicated to my friend Zach, without whom this site would not work so nice. He’s the biggest Hulk fan I know and he just had a birthday.
So happy birthday Zach and happy Free Comic Book Day everyone!
So…Ben has this old timey mud toilet in the secret closet of his Dharmaville home, which he sometimes uses to summon the smoke monster by flushing it. Really. No really. I love LOST with all my heart, so I try not to think about this too hard. But that doesn’t stop me from making the fun.
These panels are also a small tribute to those radical Bioshock plasmid information movies. That game is CRAZY good.
A few years ago one of my best pals phoned me up from comic-con. He had somehow just wrangled defenseless Damon Lindelof into a corner for a nice chat. Mostly comics talk. The best part for me was that Damon confirmed a bunch of our theories about LOST including the Watchmen/X-Men references. It’s probably common knowledge now, but for a couple of nerds from Utah it was an awesome validation at the time.
Can you guess Damon Lindelof’s favorite comic was while growing up? Watchmen. His second favorite? X-Men
